Viña Undurraga

Beautiful and vast vineyard with a gorgeous rose garden! One of the wineries we visited on our wine tour and it has an amazing gift shop with easy to pack wines in cans! For us with small travel weight this makes it easy to buy some drinks to take back. They also gave you the tasting glass to take home as a souvenir! Our guide at the vineyard was so friendly and very knowledgeable about her work place. I love their late harvest wine very much!

We booked a viator tour and this vineyard was one of the stops . Very impressive property as it was a family estate originally then grew into the business it is today. Beautiful grounds, great wine tasting . If you are in Santiago for a few days a wine tour should be on your list, even if you're not a wine aficionado getting out to the countryside and seeing the property is worth it .

Excellent tour by a very knowledgeable hostess. Wine tasting was excellent and they don’t scrimp on the portions. It is a beautiful winery; the grounds are very impressive. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The winery tour is very thorough and they give you time to walk through their museum before beginning the tasting. The gift shop has plenty of additional options available for purchase. We enjoyed our time here and found everyone to be very knowledgeable and professional.

This place is awesome! I had a pleasant time there. The winery tour is very detailed and you get to really see the place.
I also got to try 4 types of wine, and they gave everyone of us a stamped glass that you can take home.
I would definitely recommend this tour.

Such an amazing experience! Beautiful property. The tasting with the tour around the property was informative and really well done. Fernanda did not steer us wrong, her recomendations were on point, can't wait to go back to Chile and get more IGNEO.

Visited the winery on April 11, and we got to see the winemaking process! Was very cool to see the grapes being sorted and then squeezed gently before being dropped into the vats. Our tour guide, Leonardo, spoke fantastic English and was super informative and fun! The wines we sampled were one white, two reds, and a "late harvest" white, which is similar to Canadian Icewine.

The property is beautiful with tons of vines of all kinds of grapes. Our guide let us sample the grapes of different varieties along the way - it was awesome!

Note: Undurraga's wineshop is significantly cheaper than most botilleria's and other liquor stores in Santiago. Buy your wine here! They have TONS. And the Founder's Collection Carménère is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced (less than $30 CAD). One of the best wines I've had.

Fantastic vineyard and fantastic tours of the property. Learned so much about the wine making process and the local history on wine making.
The tour ended in a tasting of four different wines, all of which were excellent.
That we were able to keep our tasting glasses for souvenirs was nice added bonus.
Did the tour in English and the guide David was great. Very knowledgeable and great in explaining all and answering any questions.

Undurraga founders' tour was unique! We had a lovely time there with Leo; he was kind and patient with us and provided us with a remarkable experience, the best one near Santiago. I recommend it 100% ☺🍷

It is very cozy winery. I took the English tour along with a friend. The guide was very attentive and kind. I've particularly enjoyed going to the cellars. We've tasted 5 wines altogether, I am not into sweet wine, but Late harvest is tasty, not too sweet, very light-bodied.

Beautiful winery. Our host and wine connoisseur was very knowledgeable. Tour included wine tasting session of 4 types of wines and wine glass to take home. Souvenir shop had a variety of wines and other wine items to purchase.

What a wonderful way to spend half a day if you are staying in Santiago. There are many tours offered here, but you can organize a trip without using a tour agency. If you inquire directly with Undurraga, they will tell you how to take public transit directly to their doorstep. Final cost from Santiago was less than $3000/person plus $12000 for the tour. The tour includes a great tasting at the end and a souvenir glass. The staff, especially the guide, was fantastic.

Very nice tour around de vineyards, excellent explanation and history, the staff was very nice and friendly, the wines tasted were awesome, specially the "Carmenere" and the "Late Harvest" the last one having a wonderful passion fruit flavour. I highly recommend this place for groups and couples.

I booked a Tour (Lucern) from my Hotel (Novapark)! They were on time and Nelson, the tourguide/driver was very kind and informative. The Winery was beautiful! With a nice garden, an amazing production area and a cool wine cava. Unfortunately, due to the season, the grape vines were dry, but beautiful nonetheless (can't imagine how nice it'll look in spring or summer). The wine taste is relative, but the tasting was fun and informative (I liked the wine as well).

Like everything in Chile, I do believe it was a bit overpriced, but that's not on the Viña, so no points less!! I'd recommend!

We were lucky to be there in early March before grapes were harvested. Tasting grapes and wine was interesting!

Great for learning about wine culture. The store offers very good wine prices. You get to taste 4 kinds of wine. By the end, you finish tipsy and happy.
