Great organic homemade cheese. There was no cow cheese (quesillo) in stock, but the goat cheese was great. The owners were kind and explained the organic cheese processing methods and it was possible to watch. It is not easy to find this cheese in Chilean supermarkets yet, but it is high quality and available in a few gourmet restaurants, outlets and farmer’s markets. Highly recommended.
