De acuerdo a mi experiencia, les recomiendo que si tienen más opciones para tomar su tratamiento háganlo en un lugar donde respeten tu tiempo y te respeten como cliente.
El servicio al cliente allí es fatal! No lo recomiendo ya que es muy complicado obtener una cita para control allí, a pesar de que es clínica privada la disponibilidad de citas están a un mes o mes y medio, además que si llegas a un control puntual te puedes demorar hasta 1 hora esperando a que te atiendan, y si tienes otras cosas que hacer tienes que aplazar entonces será para el siguiente mes por que es lo qué hay disponible. Si te sientes inconforme con su manera de operar solo te dicen que puedes reclamar tu historia clínica e iniciar tratamiento en otro lugar.
