Amazing hike up to a spectacular view in El Tablazo. The hike from the lake to the top took about 30 min. A great healthy way to spend an afternoon with family. Worth the trip.

This was the most beautiful view of the Colombian site, The Balcony of Colombia was the alternative name, you can go by bike, car or motorbike. There you can find food and water, two sites called "El Valle del Frailejon" and the cementery. The have guides for the paths and for the diferents views

La vista es lo mejor, si encuentras nublado armate de paciencia, pues no siempre va a estar así, tener cuidado dónde se pisa tanto al lado del abismo como al caminar y cuidar nuestros frailejones, ellos nos suministran el agua 💧 cuida el lugar y no dejes basura.

Si está despejado es una gran panorámica, debe llegar temprano para mayor probabilidad de buena vista. Es un páramo en buen estado de conservación por el camino real hacia Supatá y excelente para caminantes (páramo = emparamado, si espera regresar limpio y seco mejor busque otro destino)
