One knows what to expect when coming to a bougie yoga studio in a tourist town. It's going to be pretty, clean, expensive and wonderful teachers. Our class at 530 only had about 6 people, and had an amazing view of the sunset. The teacher, she was was awesome! We did a vinyasa class but her flow made it fly by. We constantly were deep stretching and moving into new positions that went perfectly with the flow. I did not know that my hips were that tight. Thank you so much.

Lovely experience at Holis wellness Center and their staff, Daily clases are amazing, personally I did a class 8am and then An incredible signature massage called Somato awarens system, súper recommended if you are around Manuel Antonio beach✨

I had a series of Hydrogen Therapy and a Reflexology treatment. I had a reduction in my seborrheic dermatitis.
I am amazed! The center is easy located, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The spa was well appointed! I can't wait to go back!

Our entire family (from age 11 through teens through early 20s through parents) spent 2 weeks in M.A. -- and every morning / day had some meaningful and fun, professional, friendly and well managed experiences across the entire Holis menu -- regular yoga, balance yoga, flying yoga, massage, wellness treatments, you name it! The entire staff is friendly, accommodating to vacation schedules, and wonderful.

My wife and I went here for a couples massage while on vacation. It was a beautiful experience and great massage! Highly recommend for a nice relaxing beautiful day !

My fiance and I treated ourselves to a couples massage during our time in Manuel Antonio and we had the BEST massage. Sarah & Susana our our massage therapists and I was so impressed with how great of a massage we received. My therapist really worked on spots that needed attention. One of the best massages I've ever had!! Wish I could come back to CR just for more massages. Bonus that we've been doing yoga classes here too! They really have it all. Great service all the way around.

Came here for a Wednesday night Yin yoga class. I messaged the Wellness Center on Whatsapp beforehand to confirm that I can drop in for class. The space was beautiful & clean. My class had 4 people so it felt more intimate. Because the yoga studio is on top of the spa below, the noise from the bottom level was pretty distracting to the Yin practice which is very slow & calm.

My family and I had a private yoga class at our house led by a Holis instructor and it was a highlight of our trip. We were a group of 7, ranging from some that had never done yoga to others that practice regularly. Our instructor was wonderful at giving variations, helping us to slow down and listen to ourselves and nature during the class, and start our day feeling balanced and strong. Everyone said we wished we had arranged for a class every morning! It was the best way to start our day and inspired us. I’m looking forward to an in-studio class next time I’m in the area!

The Holis signature massage was worth every penny. My masseuse, Astrid, did wonders to relieve knots head to toe from travel. The space was very clean and soothing. There was some music in the hallway I could hear in the room but I didn’t mind it. Reminder that there is a cash discount!

I scheduled a Pura Vida session at Holis and it was wonderfully relaxing! Suzana was awesome. She did a great job with my pedicure, gave one of the best massages I've ever had, and made my face baby soft for days. She was also a beautiful soul and a great conversationalist 😁

Highly recommend booking some time at Holis when you're in Manuel Antonio 👍🏽 This was my one big splurge before leaving Costa Rica and I'm so glad I did it!

Holis is hands down (and hands on) the best spa and wellness experience in Manuel Antonio. With the best masseuses, trained in a variety of different styles and practices, they can come to you or you can go to their space located up the stairs tucked away at the corner of the Plaza Vista. Holis offers more than just amazing massages, they have a yoga studio and a myriad of wellness classes and therapies that they offer. The entire team, from the moment you enter, are kind, gracious, and loving. I would definitely reccomend Holis for their genuinely whole-hearted passion and dedication for helping people.

Best massage I have ever had! The signature special was a combination of techniques including a variety of essential oils. Masseuse had a good pressure amount and was responsive to feedback. Great facility, great staff, I'll have to try their yoga classes too now.

I went to Hollis Spa yesterday with my family for my mother’s birthday, since it was Valentine’s Day I booked in advance but they seem to be very accommodating to walk ins. The front desk coordinator (I am so bad with remembering names but I think she is there most days) was super friendly and helpful, she did a wonderful job arranging our appointments and making sure we were comfortable. The treatments were AMAZING we all had a very relaxing time. I highly recommend the massages, I got a Thai massage and it was heavenly.

The couples massage is worth the price! We're on our honeymoon and our hotel told us about this place, amazing staff and great masseuses. I honestly felt like I was on a different planet when it was over. Seriously, these were the best massages we have ever had.

Best facial I’ve ever had! All natural products, nothing too strong. Beautiful, natural scents. She took care of delicate facial skin and gave great hand/feet massage. SUPER relaxed, highly recommend! Will be going back for yoga later :)

I lived in Quepos for two months and going to their yoga classes was one of the best parts. I recommend this place 100%. Everyone who works there is very nice and professional. The prices are fair. They have an amazing view to the ocean and they know how to set a zen mood during their classes. Can’t wait to go back!!
