Sehr netter Vermieter; sehr gute Lage innerhalb des Erzgebirges (Keilberg/Fichtelberg, Annaberg, Marienberg, Karlsbad schnell erreichbar); Zimmeraufteilung etwas umständlich, aber für zwei Familien machbar.
Sehr schön ist vor allem die obere Küche mit einer langen Tafel, an der alle Platz nehmen können.
