Pytloun Wellness Hotel Harrachov ****

I would like to leave my feedback about our stay at this hotel.
Upon checking in, we were greeted with warm greetings and after a long journey, we were offered a welcome drink and some food.
First impressions of the hotel were great and we were assisted by receptionist Aliona, she guided us through all the options and amenities we could use, everything was clear clear and comfortable.
His colleagues, Zuzka, helped us by advising us about the surrounding places, which was very helpful. Additionally, he has extensive experience in hospitality abroad, including the Middle East, so the level of support and service were is impressive.
Our vacation will have an unforgettable experience thanks to the hotel's services such as clean rooms, sauna with breathtaking view, wonderful breakfasts, enchanting views and fresh air.

Grateful for such of nice hospitality.
Definitely will be back here more and more.

The place is amazing , placed in the mountains with amazing views. Hotel is modern and beautiful and the personel is great, especially Jiri and Tomas. They will help you and cheer you up everyday , helping in every aspect of your staying here in Pytloun hotel . I really , really recommend this place as well for families , couples and single ones !

Wonderful, quiet hotel... just what we needed after the crowds of Prague. The views from all around the hotel were just perfect. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Rooms spacious and comfortable... Parking was not free.

Beautiful stay, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is kind and caring. Marta, Daniel from the restaurant / bar and Teresa at the reception were particularly pleasant! Big plus on the massage and massaging - best experience in a long time.

Tomas was amazing with telling us great hikes and what to do around here! Definitely will come back again.

Very Great experience. Had issues with Apartment (different pic online) but was clarified very quickly and professional. Parking is a bit tough and there should be a hint somewhere to have 4wheel Drive oder slicks. Food and bar were absolut ok and Local. Skilift is close, ski school also. Should install stairs to hotel instead of street Shared with Cars trying to go up the hill. will come back

We were here for 2 nights and had breakfast included. Staff, room, sight, location were really nice nothing to complain about. You could see that they wanted to satisfy their customers. Wellness / Spa area with Sauna and outdoor whirlpool was perfect.

Great accommodation with excellent food and service, very friendly and helpful personnel used to children, animals and supportive in special situations. I'm very much enjoying my stay and will surely come back and recommend to friends.

The stuff was really please and helpfull. There were some missuderstanding with our mediator - ITAKA. Jiri and and Tomas, the gust from the stuff wanted to solve the problem as fast as they could and they wanted made it up for me.

Lovely hotel in Harrachov, kind staff and great location close to Mumlavske vodopady. We appreciate we could stay with a dog!
