I just loved this hotel!

All of the personal ( reception, restaurant, cleaners) I had interactions with were so kind and very helpful without looking annoyed at all.

I arrwied very very early and the young lady at the reception organised that the room with the balcony (which I asked for when I made my booking) was cleaned as soon as the previous guests left so I could go to the room already just after I ate a delicious breakfast.

So around 11 I went to the room and I was so surprised how cool it was!
The furniture were not the most modern BUT the room was very clean, spacious, good equipped (it even had a fridge with a small freezer) and tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings. The space would have been enough for a family of 3-4 but I got the room as a single room.

The location and the view from the room were also great 👍

They speak English, even change currency and sell some products at the reception, there is a luggage room, a nice garden and a good restaurant.

It was a great value for the price, I couldn't say anything negative about this hotel even if I wanted to.

Anytime I am in Pilsen again, I will choose this lovely hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Victoria for five days following my abdominal surgery. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the girls who worked at the bar and restaurant, especially Anna, who went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service.😊👍

Comfortable rooms in a nice walkable area with a hot and cold breakfast. all at a good price.

Good value hotel, great breakfast with proper coffee. No air-con but fans supplied. Bed a bit on the firm side for me, but the other half loved it. Only a 15 minute walk to the main square, and Plzen Jižní Předměstí station just outside the hotel. 👍🏻

Charming hotel, reminds me of old czech movies. Rooms are a little bit outdated, but in my opinion that's a part of the deal if you want to experience traditional czech architecture and interior design. To me, this place, including corridors and downstairs restaurant, is an example of an authentic czech hotel. (By authentic I mean the real one, not a version of "czech" sold to tourists). If drawings hanging in the breakfast area downstairs would depict something local, would be even better.

If you are into IKEA furniture, its not a place for you. But in that case, ask yourself why do you even bother to travel.

My husband and I spent two weeks at this hotel while exploring Pilsen and the surrounding area. This location was great for being right next to a major train station, a short walk from the city center and Pilsner Urquell, and with plenty of delicious restaurants close by (the Gambrinus pub on the corner of the street was excellent!). They also have very helpful amenities such as free parking, a cheap laundry service, and VERY good breakfast!

Nice hotel with fitness room. Parking is possible down the street at a caged and surveilled parking spot for hotel guests. One spot where free charging for electric vehicles is possible.

My room with a double bed and one extra bed was neat and clean of a decent size and quiet as the window wasnlooking to the yard. Shower was not too small. It's an old building, but you only hear it on a creaking door. Service is great, breakfast delicious with plenty of options (sweet or salty), massage (paid) also available and very pleasant (I liked that the masseur let me enjoy a quiet moment with some meditation music in the background).
A gym (free of charge) also available.
And the hotel has 2 monitored parkings nearby (max distance is 200m from the hotel entrance). There are 2 temporary parking spots in front of the hotel.
The hotel has a luggage room and a terrace with a lawn and a water fountain.

We (family with kids) liked this hotel a lot!
Very nice historcal building, super room, very clean and quiet (room was towards the backyard). Stuff was professional, they answered all our questions (mainly about the covid situation) in advance.
Parking our car worked out always in front of the hotel.
Walking to the beautiful city centre within 10 minutes. To get to the city centre I recommend to choose some nice small side roads after the first bridge to avoid the big road with lots of traffic.
Breakfast was very tasty. Breakfast room seems a bit small, but didn't bother us.

Very clean tidy and presentable room. Comfy bed and clean and large shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff a super friendly and talkative. I would recommend coming here and would co e back. Also secure parking

Nice hotel it's not very big but enough for the vocation. For a day in the hotel you can use the sauna or the fitness studio or you can take a massage. Also there is a restaurant inside that serves lokal dishes and it's not expensive...

Hotel almost in the middle of town for good price with private parking slots. All the points of interest are very close to. Owners are friendly and providing top service.

Very kind staff and perfect position (10 minutes from the center by walk, 30 from Lochotin Amphitheater).
