this hotel deserves more than an average rating of 3.0. it's rather a 4.1 regarding the price.

a nice communist style hotel. in a pleasantly quite area. supermarkets and Kaufland are nearby. inside the apartment is a fridge. the curtains are darkening. the bed is comfy. there are cooking plates and a pan&pot in the kitchen on floor 6.

would be nice to have in that kitchen always detergent, salt, oil and a convenient placed table for eating. the balcony could be somewhat cleaner.

There are still the old much energy consuming light bulbs everywhere. Changing all of them to energy saving LED light bulbs reduces costs and protects the environment.
