Oppidum Třísov

Great location if you are into Celtic history. Park next to the train tracks and walk about 5 trees to reach it. The signs are in Czech, but can be translated by phone. The area is large, but the more interesting bits are in the wood line.

Go left at the first path branch, and soon after you'll come to a wood information board. Go to the right of this and follow the tree line along the field until you come to another board. In not certain, but I think the stacked stones are not an actual Celtic formation. Follow the various paths into the woods and you'll quickly stumble on numerous locations.

There are additional signs of you take the straight path at the start, they are along the paved pathway to Maiden Stone castle. If you find yourself at these, look across the field opposite the signs and the remnant areas are inside that woodline, simply walk to them.

very nice walking path, there are two of them: one shorter (3 km) and one longer (4 km), both of them go from oppidum to Divci kamen.

Zajímavé místo s terénními pozůstatky valů a akropole, informační cedule. Leží na trase od parkoviště u železniční stanice Třísov na hrad Dívčí kámen

Klasická destinace pro nedělní výlet s rodinou. Pro méně majetné je vstup zdarma po svahu u soutoku Vltavy a Křemežského potoka. Vyzkoušena byla též mobilní aplikace, kdy jsme po cestě od třísova hledali ztraceného skřítka. Zábavnost průměr.

Die ehemalige Siedlung hatte in Ihrer Blütezeit eine Flächen-Ausdehnung von 26 Hektar.
Ein Erlebnis hier mit Spürsinn und offenen Auges das großflächige Wiesen- und Wald-Areal zu durchstreifen um die noch vorhandenen, und im Dicklicht und Unterholz verborgenen Steinschichtungen und Wälle aufzufinden.
