Hotel Galatea

It is such a pleasure staying in a such a well run privately owned hotel like the Galatea. The owner takes great pride in offering first class service and gives great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again when we are back in the area.

The restaurant is super tasty, breakfast 6:30 with a high variety. Staff is always friendly, courteous and always supporting.
The rooms are very clean, silent and up to date. Overall I can fully recommend this place.

Overall excellent!

Standard Room, great. Nespresso Coffee machine, fridge, safe, large TV. The TV only had 1 English language channel though. If they enabled Netflix and Amazon apps, guests could sign in to their accounts and watch in their own language.

The main guy I didn't catch his name, superb service, and was a great chef! If you are lucky you may enjoy the "BBQ Special" beef brisket. I have never had better! Sublime....

Perhaps offer more choices for starters on the menu.

If I'm ever working in this area again, this would be my 1st choice of hotel.

I am writing this review with 100% honestly. Two weeks ago, we have celebrated our wedding at Hotel Galatea, and hence we were in very intense communications with couple of staff from the hotel. If I can write one review, that will be taken seriously, I wish it is this one.
So firstly - considering, that this is not very touristy place, I must say that ALL staff were very professional, always kind and polite. Most of my foreign guests were mentioning, that it was a very pleasant surprise - from the servers, to reception, cook - everybody was very friendly and always ready to help.
I can 100% recommend the wedding planner from the hotel, Mrs. Veronika - she is lovely, has great connections and ideas and always responds in timely manner, is ready to help with all your ideas.
The main chef - Mr. Vlado - Out of this world. This guy...?!? He had free hand to create our wedding menu, as well as the bufet options for the evening, and oh God, he did. The food was delicious, amazing, over the top! 100% success.
And the place itself - it is sooo convenient for family celebrations, especially for the weddings. We booked full place, all rooms were clean and ready for us, we did not encounter single problem. The hotel areal is very well taken care of, very neat and clean.
All over all, it was the best weekend of my life, and a big part of this goes to hotel Galatea and their staff. I am so thankful and so happy we have decided to get married here, and I am sure we will be coming in upcoming months and years. THANK YOU!!!

The hotel is amazing, we attended a beautiful wedding there. Good accommodation, great restaurant and service. Lots of nice places for photographs especially the venue next to the small lale for the wedding itself. Very nice in total. 🙏

Hotel byl velmi příjemný, čistý a pohodlný, hodnotila bych jako lepší průměr. V rámci balíčku Dámská jízda jsme absolvovaly vynikající masáž i kosmetické ošetření. Co ale dělalo hotel naprosto nadprůměrným, byl přístup personálu a především pana majitele. Jsou to drobnosti a detaily, jako welcome drink v podobě Prosseca, výběr večeře z celého jídelního lístku, k snídani výborný bufet, ale i možnost objednat si na přání palačinky, wafle nebo vejce, Prosseco k snídani, což se v českých hotelech tak často nevidí a především pocit, že žádné Vaše přání nebude problém.. To všechno dodalo našemu pobytu zde na výjimečnosti. Určitě se chci ještě vrátit. Moc děkujeme !

Byli jsme v hotelu na 2dennim školení. Moc se nám tam libilo. Pokoje čisté,jídlo výborné a nejvíc TOP milý,ochotný a přátelský přístup personálu. Úžasná obsluha,která s námi vydržela do pozdních hodin,skvělí pan majitel.Cítili jsme se tam "jako doma".,jak když se známe celý život.

Velmi příjemná obsluha hotelu, strava a pití na vysoké úrovni. Ve wellness jsem nebyla. Přístup do hotelu je bezbariérový.

ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד ומצויינת .
כשהתארחנו הייתה גם קבוצת כדורגל שהתארחה במלון.
נראה שהמלון מתעסק לא מעט באירועים וחתונות .
קיים מתחם בריאות וספא בתשלום נוסף.
לדעתי עלות מול תועלת רבה. לנו יצא 350 יורו על 2 לילות בסוויטה משפחתית, כולל א. בוקר כל יום, כביסה, וא. ערב פעם אחת.

Skvělé prostředí i personál. Mohu jen doporučit. Stejně tak je skvělé navštívit místní vinotéku. Děkuji za skvělý zážitek.
