Courtyard by Marriott Pilsen

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Plzen and it’s such lovely time. I did get a Suite during my last visit and found that the pull-out sofa was challenging to open into a bed and did not have the sheets. Small problem as I’m sure I could have requested assistance from the front desk. I do enjoy the parking offered, the massive and delicious breakfast spread, and I admire the special “Guest of the Day” prize the staff incorporate as well. The staff are always polite, approachable, and eager to help with any issues. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Plzen Central!

The Marriott is a decent location, just 5 mins from the city centre. Nice rooms, very friendly staff and great service.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We were blessed to stay in this hotel !!! All the team was amazing!! But let me tell you Akhi is a fantastic person and we appreciate him for his solidarity!!

If it comes to Czech my absolute favorite city and place is this cosy and comfortable hotel near to the very center. I especially love the guest centered and very friendly service at the restaurant. Fredy Tom and Akhi, both from India and very well trained professionals are providing amazing hospitality which is very rare in European restaurants. I was enjoying their attention and friendly care and our talkings. Also I like the location which is embedded in a green area.

The Staff were particularly impressive and courteous at this Courtyard, so complements and good job to the management and staff, great value for money and in terms of staff, one of my favourite Marriott experiences I’ve ever had, thank you.

Even the standard Room is very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly and competent staff. Parking is 15 EUR per day in the hotel garage. Location quiet and perfect for sightseeing. Clean and comfy room. Recommendation!

Second business visit this year and once again very happy with this hotel. Reception is kind, rooms are clean, and rooms from 3rd floor up have nice views. We had breakfast included and it's one of the better ones I experienced this year.

This hotel is in a perfect location....steps away from the underground tour and very close to all major downtown attractions. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful......really the best of the best. The parking garage was crowded on a holiday weekend but clean and safe. Wifi was fast enough to stream shows. There are ice machines on every level and there is a nice gym with wonderful views on the top level. Breakfast was crowded,, but good and they were on top of refilling items, nothing was ever low. We'll defeintely return.

Great hotel with very friendly and humorous staff, especially Freddy and Akhi who took great care to help us as much as they possibly could. They are great people to have around if you have allergies, and made sure we felt welcome at all times.

Was not expecting much, but to my surprise it was great 5 star stay:

I have stayed in this beautiful hotel for 7 day and completely loved all; facilities, food and personals. Two guys from India, were with me in the restaurant. Freddy one’s name, another one don remember. They were so kind and on time in service.
Reception guys were too helpful in many things.

The hotel staff is super accommodating and professional. Barbora especially went out of her way to help solve a problem with our booking. She also helped with shipping something I left in my room to me after I departed. If I could give 6 stars I would! really appreciate the help. This hotel is highly recommended , staff are really friendly , especially Fredy and Akhi .. the receptionist was helpful as well . Nice cozy hotel next to old town. Rooms are nice, spacious and quiet.
Gym is amazing with a nice view of the surroundings. No spa.
Parking is 15€ per day.
We haven’t tried the breakfast because the dinning area was not s welcoming in our tastes... they should refurbish the lobby.
I recommend this hotel for business and leisure !

Nice and comfortable for a weekend stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable although bathrooms feel dated it didn’t bother us.

Great location with walking distance to the main square, restaurants, cafés and Pilsner Urquell brewery.

Staff are nice and helpful.

I’d recommend to stay here.
