Needed an iPhone 6 battery replaced as per agreement by Apple. Emailed them to query about price (they were the cheapest in Prague) and got a efficient response. So took it into the service centre, they did it most quickly (40 minutes) without hassle. Thank you very much

A little bit out of town but right on the 3/17 tram about 15 min from Narodni Divadlo. iPhone 6 battery replaced. Said it usually takes less than an hour but apologized that due to many customers it could take up to 2 hours. You get a username and password and you can log on to see when it is ready. Seems like they know what they are doing and authorized service for Apple so assume quality is OEM.

You need your phone or laptop fixed right now? I mean... RIGHT NOW? Go there. They charge for prioritizing your repair, but you will get your phone or laptop fixed ASAP. You sit in their sofa for an hour or so (just read a book or something) and that’s it. Satisfied, hope they can keep the good work!

My Samsung Tablet screen packed up, these guys quoted me 300kc for a diagnosis (deductible from final figure) and the option to repair, took them a week and it was returned as good as new for only 780kc. Excellent service. - They are an agent and official service centre for all the majors, Samsung, Apple, Lenovo, Ibm etc etc

While another official apple service shop told me that i was gonna lose all my data! They managed to unlock my macbook firmware and all data is saved.

Po delším hledání dobrého servisu pro tiskárny apod. zařízení jsem zakotvil v Českém servisu v Modřanech. Dá se tam zaparkovat, personál je ochotný a hlavně, vždy tam všechny problémy vyřeší, aniž by se snažili navyšovat ceny. Vždy závadu konzultujte, aby se zákazník mohl rozhodnout, jestli konkrétní závadu řešit draze nebo přiměřeně.

Nejlepší servis na Apple! Vyřešili každou reklamaci do týdne. Jsou sice ode mě trosku dal, ale radši přijedu za profíkama a vím, že budu spokojen. Můžu jen doporučit!

Přišel jsem dnes na pobočku na Prahu 4 se sluchátky airpods, které velmi špatně hrály a byly s největší pravděpodobností znečištěné. Během chvilinky mě obsloužil velice příjemný, ochotný, mladý muž, který během chvilinky vše opravil. Zcela jednoznačně doporučuji tento servis pro naprosto profesionální přístup. Děkuji.

Měl jsem problém na tiskárně. Pracovník Český servis a.s., Barrandova 409, 143 00 Praha mi telefonicky poradil jak problém nejlépe vyřešit vč. navržení variant řešení a konzultace jakou variantu zvolit (aby dávala ekonomický smysl). Ještě na týž den jsem si tuto opravu domluvil, přivezl jsem tiskárnu a po necelé půlhodině jsem si opravenou a funkční tiskárnu odvezl.
