We spent the New Year's Eve there with our family.

Located outside of Prague, chateau Trnová is a beautiful place to relax and escape the busy city. A great place for a romantic staycation.

Enjoyed a five course dinner. Wine pairing with each course was great and there is a very good selection of Czech wines. Had the pleasure meeting the owners of chateau Trnová who gave us a nice insight about the history of the property and showed us around.

A group of 12 of us stayed at Chateau Trnova just for one Sunday night - and we could not have enjoyed it more!

Finn and Marketa were so warmly welcoming and delighted in talking us through the character and history of the place (over a generous and lovely free Czech champagne!). The food was fantastic, the wine list excellent, the bedrooms very comfortable and tastefully furnished... and it was so quiet outside that we could enjoy open windows all night in the hot weather instead of air con (but they have that too).

We couldn't fault the whole experience. Thank you, Finn and Marketa!

Nice Chateau just outside of Prague.
Rooms are comfortable and looks like new. Food is perfect and the staff is very friendly. During the sunday brunch there was entertainment for kids prepared, which I consider a huge benefit. We will definitely come again.

It was a lovely couple expreience in quiet place.

The staff was so kind and professional. The food and wine were also excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Trnová.
We booked in for a couple of nights for some relaxation time following a busy week of sightseeing in Prague and it was just perfect.
It's located in a quiet village on the edge of the countryside, but less than 30 minutes drive to either central Prague or the main airport.
We hadn't realised at the time of booking that the reception wasn't due to be open the day we arrived, as there were no other guests arriving until later in the week, but they very kindly made an exception and opened so we could check in that day, which we very much appreciated.
The hotel itself was a sanctuary for us to relax in, with comfortable rooms in a peaceful and beautiful building with fascinating history. We loved the swimming pool and rooftop whirlpool and the bar and restaurant was very cosy and welcoming.
The food was fantastic also. We enjoyed a lovely fresh fruit platter when we arrived, had a delicious dinner in the restaurant on our second evening and had an amazing breakfast both mornings.
We went home absolutely relaxed and refreshed.
The whole team here were so friendly and welcoming and they put so much effort in to making sure their guests have a relaxing stay.
The perfect spot for a tranquil break away from everyday life.

We, a bunch of friends, had the pleasure of enjoying an gourmet dinner with wine pairing. Food quality and presentation was impeccable, wine pairing perfect and the service very attentive. The tour of the chateau was impressive as well.

A wonderful chateau hotel just 30 minutes outside of Prague in a peaceful setting with breathtaking gardens.
The rooms are modern, include comfortable beds, large flat TVs and spacious bathrooms.
The hotel's rooftop offers a chill out area, a sauna and a whirlpool, while an indoor pool on the ground floor is facing one of the hotel's garden.
The chateau's restaurant offers delicious meals to be served in the lobby hall or on the garden terrace on warm days.

Have seen Chateau Trnova after 5 years and was amazed, how magical and lovely that place become! It always had that romantic mood but now new team is building a luxury resort very close to Prague! Great food and can't wait to see what they will prepare for a next summer! We are working in event business and it's such a blessing to have people who care and have such an approach! So if you want to organise an event or have a wedding it's a great option for it!

The chateau is newly and completely beautiful renovated with eyes for details.
The rooms and bathrooms are simply great with comfy beds and the whole chateau has great interior and lovely calm and relaxing surroundings.
Food was absolutely delicious and fantastic.
They are (as I understood it) building up an amazing wine cellar with impressive and tasty wines but already now the wines were a great.

Everything simply works perfectly and basically not a single thing to fault. I am for sure going here again, next time with bicycles to explore the country side.

What a nice and relaxed place. Great kitchen excellent service. great for visits during the day or staying overnight. Highly recommended. Just a bit away from Prague, where you can enjoy the nice nature and relax.

5 ***** Business Lunch

We had the most amazing arranged business lunch with one of our old Japanese clients at the castle. What an amazing food experience!!

It was a fine dining experience with amazing tastes. Top Class.

We went to some exclusive wine tasting in the wine cellar afterwards at decent prices and totally worth it.

We were shown their renovated hotel rooms which has 5 star quality and the castle is totally renovated. They have library and even more rooms for meetings and exclusive board meetings. An amazing place and for sure a hidden treasure.

The restaurant helped us to order Modrý Andel for us back to Prague a drive less than 30 min.

A great different experience. We will be back.

Beautiful mansion with a lot of rooms for a large group of people. A little maze-like but it mostly adds to the feeling.

The garden is also a nice touch, where you can relax without much disturbing you.

The distance from Prague is also not far, so it serves as a good "base" for a few days in Prague.

Beautiful castle close to Prague which has been very nicely renovated. Beautiful and cosy rooms, good service and a great atmosphere.
Highly recommend this place for a visit.

Spent an entire sunday afternoon in these fantastic surroundings. Food was excellent too. Can definitely recommend Zamek Trnova to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere to spend time as a couple or family event.

Spend a nice week-end here with good friends. Really enjoyed the new renovated place and rooms. Had a great 3 course dinner with wine pairing. All very professional. Perfect place for a party and celebration in luxurious surroundings

Wonderful castle! Incredible atmosphere! Great food! We had already 3 family evemts there & every time we are happy to come back! I could highly recommentd this place to the families, privat parties or jsut a romantic dinner for 2
