Travellers restaurant

We stopped in here for some lunch and literally got exactly what we envisioned. The service was extremely fast, the food was honestly outstanding and the beer was amazing. This felt more like a place that locals go for lunch, rather than a tourist trap. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

We have accidentally stumbled upon this gem in Cesky Krumlov. Although at first we found the interior a bit intimidating (it’s a medieval design), the staff charmed us right away. The waiter smiled constantly which made us feel warm, the food was made in under 15 minutes, which was rather surprising. The meals we ate were delicious, not too little nor too much, just the right portion. We got dessert and drinks, and we still managed to fit in our budget. The food is a lot less expensive than in the other restaurants in the city centre, but just as good! I recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly. Thank you🩷

We had a fantastic lunch here. Tasty, reasonably priced, and great service. Loved the goulash and the honey cake. Hope we can make it back to Cesky Krumlov - if we do, would eat back here for sure.

The food in cafe is very tasty. All that we ate, all was tasty. We ordered chicken breast with mushroom sauce, pork tenderloin in green pepper, grilled trout with herbs. Very tasty. And all dishes were served very fast. In 5-10 minutes after ordering. And special beer eggenberg is one love❤. Thank you.

Really nice place for hungry travellers. The staff is kind and respectful, the atmosphere is also great and I definitely recommend the apple cider.

Great authentic Czech food. Fried cheese, dumplings, pork, cabbage, French fries were all very tasty. All 7 of us enjoyed our meals. Nice wines and good draft beers as well. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed to bring us back in time. We had dinner here on a cold night and ate two traditional dishes (which we also had in Prague as a reference). The food was good and although the stuffed potato and meat was swimming in a sea of oil, likely from the cabbage, it was flavorful and I'd order it again. We sat in the room with the fireplace and, apart from the James Brown funk music playing in the background, it has a very cozy, medieval vibe, and fit perfectly in the town. The price was also shockingly good.. 2 beers and 2 full plates for $21USD. That's a steal! Staff was also attentive and food came quickly. Would definitely return.

Great place for dinner right in the heartof the old city. Incredibly reasonably priced. Delicious food. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very good service. One of our most favourite places in 3 weeks of travelling in Europe.

We only used the restaurant. This is an open-air romantic place. Great Bohemian food a beers. The service was fine, the atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately the potato dumplings were out at 7 pm, we got bread knedly but that was also fine.

The staffs are very friendly and professional. I liked the food, they are very affordable. Amazing place with warm vibes ☺

Best traditional Czech dish we've ever had: duck legs, bread dumplings and red cabbage. Unique building, authentic atmosphere, friendly staff and locals. Every bite was delicious. Highly recommend it. 🍗
