HORRIBLE ZERO EMPATHY
BETTER TO TRAVEL WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

We arrived 10 minutes late for boarding. We are foreigners on vacation and we made a mistake when taking the tram and it was snowing!!!

We arrived and the ship was in port loading the cars. I asked for help, explain my situation but zero empathy.

Option to change the tickets, but the next ferry left at 3:30 p.m. and we had the return at 6:30 p.m. I didn't have time to visit. The next day we returned to our city.

The best thing on the way back the 18:30 ferry was late. And he can be late due to weather conditions. Hundreds of people/customers had to wait. And they didn't even apologize. A HORROR, VERY UNPLEASANT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Llegamos con 10minutos de retraso al embarque. Somos extranjeros de vacaciones y nos equivocamos al coger el tramvia y estaba nevando!!!

Llegamos y el barco estaba en puerto embarcando los coches. Pedí ayuda, explique mi situación pero zero empatía.

Opción cambiar los billetes, pero el siguiente ferry salía a las 15:30 y teníamos el regreso 18:30. No daba tiempo a visitar. Al día siguiente volvíamos a nuestro ciudad.

Lo mejor a la vuelta el ferry de las 18:30 llegó tarde. Y el si que puede llegar tarde por las condiciones climatológicas. Cientos de personas/ clientes tuvimos que esperar. Y no pidieron ni disculpas. UN HORROR, MUY DESAGRADABLE, NO RECOMIENDO
