I really liked the Hotel and Breakfast - awesome Staff members - great place to stop for a night.

A typical budget ibis hotel in an industrial area, but pleasant to stay at.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I've been here a lot of times because of charging my car and always ran into nice personal.
The rooms are typically budget rooms, but clean and useful.
There is a direct connection by trolley bus to the centre of Pilsen.
The free big parking is a plus.
The breakfast is standard and very OK. They clean and fill up continuously.
You can make use of a nice terrace outside and in the evening drink a good Urquell.
One negative point. A few times during charging I was hungry, but the kitchen is only open certain times and they don't offer snacks in between.... Place for improvement.
Although the hotel is not situated in the centre I would recommend it.

-Great and friendly service. The personnel at the reception and including the cleaning or kitchen personnel make you feel very welcome.
-Good for traveling with pets, easy to reach from the highway, and plenty of free parking spots immediately next to the hotel.

I have to travel a lot for professional reasons and for me it was the first time I stayed at the Ibis Hotel Plzen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. when you enter this hotel you feel at home. the rooms are clean and the restaurant is very good. The rooms are clean and the restaurant is very good. the breakfast is perfect and with every question you can ask the staff. the hotel is very quiet. so for my next visit I book Ibis Plzen it is a must. a big compliment for the staff, keep up the good work!

Absolutely heartwarming for a stay of 6 days. We had a school trip at Pilsen and therefore a pleasant stay at Ibis hotel with all three meals in the day very well taken care of. The breakfast was always offered in an open buffet style with a wide variety of classic English to Czech style. Lunch and dinner then were served in three wonderful courses that were never seen twice. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly, understanding and helpful. Overall this stay wouldn't be any better than I could have imagined.

Nice Hotel with very kind staff. Meals and breakfast are tasting good. The hotel is not luxuray but rooms are silent big enough. Big shower. Comfortable beds. In winter it is very well heated. The public busses are stopping in front of the building but there is no noise from that. Very big car parking place for free. Very fast wlan in every room. Not for people who want to have it very luxury.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Now the hotel is my new favorite hotel that I will always come back to.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was super nice, room was way prettier than what we got in the Prague Ibis at Andel. It's in suburbs so a lot of warehouses but otherwise it was rather quiet place and we never had trouble to get wherever needed. A shopping centre was quite close as well but still a bit of walk.

We have booked this hotel for all our technicians' trips to Pilsen. In this time of crisis for Covid the understanding and adaptation to our needs by Dominik and his team has been outstanding.
They have taken care of them in confinement, with special menus, taxi service and everything we have required from them, always willing to help.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Very nice and clean rooms. Best breakfast I had in an Ibis so far and good service. Best Ibis I know to date.
The only downside is the remote location, if you don't want to drive by bus or by car to plzen, you have to walk around 30 Minutes to your destination.

I had a stay for one night to this hotel, and the reception was great. Many many thanks to Hana, she is awsome! Despite this bad situation with Covid, she did her best to adapt to the situation. Definitely, I will stay again to this hotel and recommend it to all my friends!

I wanted to rate another place with one star but by mistake I did it for Ibis hotel. I knew this only when I found a note on the bed inviting me for a free dinner as apology😀. Thanks for that. But you shouldn't apologize. Your service is the best👍. I really recommend all to try this hotel. I'm really enjoying wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful, cooperative and friendly. .

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, tasty onsite restaurant serving well prices meals. Pilsen is a great place for beer lovers and Ibis Pilsen is a great place to stop.

We were just charging nearby, but the hotel kindly let us use their very nice and clean bathrooms. Thank you!

Visited as member of group of motorcyclists. I arrived late but the staff were more than helpful; well fed, well treated, room excellent. I will come again.
