Great wine, outstanding food. Everything was amazing during our visit, burrata salad was excellent, Milanese tomato soup warmed us really good and the fish we had as main dish was incredible. Main chef personally made sure we had everything perfect.

Hands down the best restaurant in the town and I am sure the best restaurant in the region! I did not expect such superb food quality in a small town.

Well, then I learned the chef used to cook in Italy and France. Explains alot!

Seafood is FRESH all the time! And to be honest, the best we have ever tasted in Europe. Not kidding.

Vegetarian options on the menu are also highly appreciated.

Definitely will come back.

What a delight in ValMez.Original French cuisine. We had oysters, octopus, see food plate, cheese and Italian ham and wine. Great service, fantastic food. Highly recommended. 👍

The best restaurant in the town! The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and portions are generous. I wish I had taken some pictures, but there is no time for this when food looks, smells, and tastes so good. We always come when I'm visiting my hometown, my husband said the pork knee was one of the best meals he has ever eaten. I had prawns in tomato sauce, and seriously, I could eat that every other day! The lady who was serving us was very lovely and helpful. Thank you and we'll see you soon again.

We came in for lunch and we're leaving very satisfied. I had the salmon with grenaille potatoes and my partner had the pinca romana. The food was delicious. I wish we lived closer to come more often. Definitely recommended!

When staying in Čeladná in Beskydy mountains we went every other day to enjoy the vegan & vegetarian food in Fresca Restaurant.

Dotek moře na Moravě. Opravdu luxusní jídlo, moc jsme si pochutnali! Super mořské pochoutky na Valašsku si rozhodně nenechte ujít. Obsluha skvělá a přišel nás pozdravit i majitel a šéfkuchař v jedné osobě. Doporučil nám ochutnat ústřice... a musím uznat, stálo to za to! Děkujeme za krásný zážitek.

Veliké překvapení když nam vařil i obsluhoval pan majitel. Špičkový kuchař. Ani jednomu našemu jídlu se nedalo nic vytknout. Skvělý výběr jídel co se nepotkává jen tak. Skvělá atmosféra i víno. ❤ Doporučuji tohle místo navštívit.
