Top tier servicing with affordability. Had my laptop serviced by these guys during the COVID-19 lockdown. Not only these people are good at what they do but their friendly demeanor proves to be icing on the cake. Plus, the shop is very near to the central train station and they speak English as well. So, if you're a foreigner in Dortmund and needs some technical assistance, this is the place I'd recommend.

Der Laden meiner Kindheit! Die erste Anlaufstelle in Dortmund! Kompetente Leute, die einem echt auch bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat bei stehen! Äußern ehrliche Meinung und erklären Punkt genau worauf es ankommt! Berechnen auch nicht für jede Schraube jeden Cent, wie manch andere Konkurrenten! Während viele sofort an einem Geld verdienen wollen, versucht man hier dem Kunden direkt zu helfen!

Ich habe meinen veralteten Gaming-PC aufrüsten lassen und wurde diesbezüglich kompetent beraten. Der Einbau der neuen Hardware war professionell und schnell, ich konnte den PC nach ca. 1h wieder mitnehmen. Alles zu einem fairen Preis.

Der Laden ist eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Ich bin mit Meiner GPU hin um die defekten Lüfter tauschen zu lassen. Ich wurde kompetent beraten und nach einem sehr freundlichem Gespräch und nicht mehr als einer viertel Stunde Arbeit hatte der Mitarbeiter die Lüfter getauscht.

Wurde wegen meines kaputten Laptops super beraten, die Reperatur war schnell (am selben Tag noch fertig) und günstig. Auch ein Ladekabel konnte ich problemlos umtauschen. Insgesamt ein toller Service, kann den Laden nur empfehlen.
