I’ve had a fantastic experience with Menzels Lokschuppen & Töff-Töff GmbH in Düsseldorf. Even though I didn’t buy my PIKO ICE 4 from them, they were incredibly helpful and arranged for its repair, which really impressed me. I’ve purchased many trains from this store, and whenever I travel back to the US, I appreciate the tax refund they provide.

The staff at Menzels are not only very nice but also quite curious about the US, making every visit enjoyable. This level of service and friendliness is why I keep coming back.

Whilst on a trip to Dusseldorf I visited the model shop and what a fantastic little gem it is, well not little at all. With a great selection of products both new and pre-owned, and the staff were very helpful too. We'll with a visit .

I love this place! I go quite often to buy models and supplies and they have everything that you could ever need. The prices are also great and I would much rather support a local business than Amazon. The staff are very friendly and are always there to answer questions and help you find something. If they don't have what you need in stock, check their website and you can order it there. They have mostly train models but also a large selection of airplane and military models. Truly one of the best model shops I've ever been to.

One of the best stocked model shops I know (& I know quite a few). Europe and American outline and a huge selection of scenic materials. Especially good for modern up to date continental rolling stock. Bring your credit card - you're going to need it 😂
