Absolutes Desinteresse dem Kunden gegenüber. Kein freundliches Wort, keine Begrüßung, keine Informationen über das Medikament. Als hätte man beim "Kaffee-Trinken" gestört.

Man sollte bloß nicht mit einem persönlicheren Problem hierhin kommen. Die Bedienung lacht dann gerne mal im Nebenraum über einen. Menschlich enttäuschend !!
