horrible organisation - update
let me tell you a little bit about Dachbau Mammendorf - I am not someone who hired them, I have no say in what happens in my building, I am a tenant. After learning that the building managers hired them to do renovations that would take about 4 months, I tried to contact them, because when they started there was something loud going on and i have to work at home, which was impossible at the time. I wanted to know more about their work plan, the different things they would be doing, how loud it would be, etc, so that I can figure out how to proceed these next 4 months. I was promised a couple of times that someone would call me and answer my questions. That did not happen. What happened today was some lady calling me from a number that is not the official number of the firm to yell at me that they do not know anything and also i think she treatened me with the police? I am honestly not sure about that one because she did not let me speak, so I could not ask what that thing about the police was... I tried a couple of times to get a word in and 'I couldn't so I hanged up.

I literally know more about how long it takes to finish certain things compared to the management in this company. I don't know anything about construction, I am just forced to witness their work and everything they have said to me was not true.

Habe im Mai um ein Angebot gebeten. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage ist jetzt immer noch keines da. Es ist September.

Korrektur bzw. Präzisierung. Am 9. April hatten wir einen Termin mit der Bitte um ein Angebot. Der grosse Hagelschaden war 8 Wochen später im Juni (so hab ich das zumindest gegoogelt) Das zählt m.E. nicht als Ausrede.

Naja, wenn der selbe Fahrer in einer Woche mehrmals durch die Feuerwehr rausgezogen werden muss, spricht man nicht gerade von professionell😅

Durch die schlechte Einschulung der Fahrer auf das Arbeitsgerät werden die liebensvollen Wildtiere und die schöne Bergruhe sehr dramatisch gestört,ABSOLUT UNAKZEPTABEL
