I had a good experience for anmeldung process here. The gentlemen officer was kind and clear in his questions, and he could tell that I was struggling in German and spoke to me in English.

Booking an appointment online takes some perseverance (and I'm guessing luck) but not impossible. I hope I will be able to get another appointment here for my family once they arrive in Munich.

Had an excellent experience here with city registration. The officer took time to understand the situation and verify details. Everything was nicely explained. We had filled a wrong form, and the officer even guided us to fill the correct one. Officer also conversed in English which was an added help. It was easy to get an online appointment at short notice.

I went there with my wife. We tried to make an online appointment but the next available slot was in 3 weeks. Ain't nobody got time for that, so we went directly to the office. It was around 11 AM and the lady at the service desk was very nice to speak to us in English. Apparently they make the appointments on the spot, so she made one for us for 14:15.
We went there on time and got in around 14:25 and in 5 minutes everything was done. We only needed the ID cards and the confirmation from the landlord that we live there.

Friendly staff, good & fast service!

Long line but fast. Open at 7.30am, I was there at 7am and there were already 12 persons in front of me (in 10 mins later there were 30 more). But it took only 30 mins till I finished my Anmeldung. So yes it was a good experience! Vote 5 Star for the Service and Staff. Just try to go there earlier so you will save your time :-)

Termin am frühen Morgen ausgemacht, pünktlich drangekommen, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin. Es hat alles geklappt wie es sein soll. Es ist viel besser wie vor einigen Jahren, wenn man mal einen Termin bekommt.

Am Orleansplatz war kein Termin frei. So kam ich zum Bürgerbüro Pasing (Ausweise). Warten musste ich dort nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin Fr. M. war unglaublich hilfsbereit und professionell. Danke! Da geht man gerne aufs Amt.

Schneller und netter Service bei der Ausweiserneuerung.
Tipp!!! Prüft die Onlineterminvergabe direkt morgens um 7Uhr bzw. zur Öffnungszeit. In aller Regel findet man so noch viele verfügbare Termine am gleichen Tag. Habe bisher immer einen Termin innerhalb einer Woche gefunden.

Liebe Mitarbeiterinnen direkt am Eingang machen einen super tollen Job, sind sehr kompetent, nett, kümmern sich um die Besucherinnen und Besucher. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter trifft man heutzutage selten, egal wo; die Damen sind goldwertig. Vielen Dank für die Zuverlässigkeit und den tollen Umgang!

Meine persönliche Meinung:
Eine deutliche Verbesserung der Infrastruktur, schnellere Termine, flexiblere Mitarbeiter (bei uns wurde explizit angeboten, auf ein korrigiertes Passbild zu warten) und diese Mitarbeiter sind jung, motiviert, technisch fähig u.v.a. freundlich.
Danke für den Service (gilt aber auch nur für die Erfahrung unserer Familie). Kurzum: gutes Amt.
Tipp wegen Terminen:
Diese werden jeden Tag kurzfristig aktualisiert und viele slots werden (tlw. sehr kurzfristig) frei.

Ich bin begeistert den Termin über das Bürgertelefon im Rathaus gemacht sehr freundliche kompetente Dame da muas ma hoid moi a bisl Zeit investiieren und warten bis jemand ans Phone geht. Mein Abendtermin war super in 10 Minuten war alles erledigt. Bezahlen fertig.
Wer natürlich wie das so üblich ist meint er ist der Einzige auf der Welt tja mei gel dan warts noa bisl vielleicht wird eich ano da rote Teppich ausgerollt.🤣🤣
Ich schreib des mit Absicht weil es ganz und gar nix zum aussetzen gibt.Es waren alle Schalter belegt . Auch vor 4 Jahren mein Führungszeugnis war ruckzuck erledigt.
