They offer a very hard to find head razor and on too of that provided a custom service by sending a nice personalized post card. This is rare these days and although a big percentage of people might not come back to write a review i am sure they are equally satisfied. Thanks team you rock!

Unfortunately I cannot add one extra star... After one year the razor has some issue and the team right away offered to send a replacement. Not only that replied to all my emails very quickly. Incredible team and customer policies that is hard to find. You really know how to take care of your clients. Thank you so much.

This was my first time order at Woodberg. I am familiar with the products I bought, but was glad to have found a retailer in Europe that sells them so I no longer have to stock up on my intercontinental work trips.

At first shipping was a bit slow for my liking; I actually thought something had gone wrong. But after emailing my worries, I received a thorough reply and apparantly patience was key as the shipping method just takes some time. Being aware of this makes all the difference.

I was absolutely pleased by the way my items were packed. It all looked nice and, very important to me, no plastics are used: it's all cardboard or paper. As special touch was the handwritten note on a post card. Plus extra samples. Could not have been better! 👍🏻

I love ordering from Woodberg. They stock great products for fair prices. I buy a lot of Herbivore products from them and I am thrilled to have access to this brand while living in Germany. The packaging is very eco-conscious and they ALWAYS send a free sample based on your previous purchases and a handwritten card to say thanks! They provide great customer service and really make buying products from them a special experience. Always have been and always will be, a loyal customer of Woodberg.

Would be nice to get order confirmation in english too. Also policies, terms & condition etc are in german too which i dont want when i choose the english website. Otherwise the store page is in english so placing an order is easy and fully translated.

Update: I have now placed three orders in total i think. No issues and quick deliveries to Sweden. Loving the letters you send with each order. Makes it more personal.

I open often Boxes, since I buy almost everything online. But my package from Woodberg was the most lovely, most perfectly caring box with such a sweet card I have ever received. Thank you so much for the effort and the love!

I bought three of the P.F. Candle Co., these candles are so light and the inner atmosphere of my appartment feels warmer and the air still clean and fresh. With other candles I've tried despite that they were as well soy wax the strong smell was making me having soar throat, so disturbing.
