When I inquired about the stock of the bicycle in English, it was returned to me politely and I was able to purchase it without any problems. Even after the purchase, I received a polite response by email, and I was able to purchase the parts I wanted. Will definitely go back again!

What can I say, I experienced incredible amount of professionalism and friendly service from this shop!

I was passing through town (going back home from Norway on my big trip across Europe) and stopped at this shop because my rear hub was damaged and I really needed a replacement wheel so I can finish and enjoy the rest of my trip.

Luckily they had some wheels on offer suitable for my bike and went above and beyond helping me change the wheel immediately!

Also the shop is huge and offers a lot of bike equipment and tools so if you need anything you should definitely visit.

As I was trying to find last season's Trek Marlin 8 I just ordered it from the only place I could find online that had it in stock.... but the service was exceptional (especially as I am based in Switzerland and they were able to help with the Ausfuhrschein). For these reasons I will certainly come back to Albert Spetter and XXL Franz before looking online

The staff were very knowledgeable and flexible, and, despite a high demand for bikes at the moment, were willing to reserve a specific model & size for me and to store it for at least 10 days until I could collect following my holiday..... collection was easy !

Great customer service! I bought a bike there which was virtually unavailable anywhere. After a quick Email, I found out that the bike was in stock but still packed in a box. Mrs Rump reserved the bike for me and her colleagues built it up, ready for me to pick up the next day. Thanks!

I came from abroad to pick up my bike in the store. Before my arrival, they reserved my bike, responded all of my emails with patience and sincerely dealt with all of my needs. During the pick-up there were no problems. Everything run its course.
After the sale, the store staff helped me with all of the official documents to get my VAT refund. A special thanks to Frau Sonja Rump and all of the staff for their support.

An extremely friendly lady helped my children and I find three great fitting helmets. She made some jokes, taught us correct helmet usage and how to calibrate them correctly. Very handy!
