Marvelous view.
Good atmosphere on this place. I really recommend you to spend your time here with bicycle because of the reach nature.

OMG this building is actually older than it looks but it was rebuild, I love the view of the lake and the way you can see the small islands soooooo beautiful 😍

We enjoyed the view of the lake and some of the grounds but a challenging climb up with a wheelchair, from the UK 🇬🇧

The castle is only partially accessible to the public. Meaning you cannot go in.
The view from the castle is fantastic.

In the castle is an academy. The castle is therefore only partially accessible to the public. However, the castle is at least very well prepared from the facade and makes a very interesting impression. The view of the lake from the castle is fantastic.

A wonderful, must do visit to Plön will reward you with stunning walks of various distances and scenic vistas to add to your photo collection.
The castle is pretty, the gardens are delightful and the various coffee shops are wonderful for breaking up the walks.
The Friday market makes for a bit of fun with live musicians busking in the square.
