Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!
Anscheinend wechseln oft die Besitzer und einer weiss nicht was der andere abgesprochen hat!
Bekomme schon seit Jahren 2 Medikamente für meine Katze und es wurde schon mehrfach besprochen und auch vermerkt,dass ein Rezept vom Tierarzt vorliegt!
Heute schon wieder ein neuer "Chef" und die Medikamente nicht bekommen!
Werde mir eine neue Apotheke suchen!

Unfreundlich, inkompetent und ungebildet. Zu faul zum Lesen.
Und wenn man sagt die sollen sich mal informieren was aktuell auf der offiziellen RKI Seite steht, bekommt man nur freche Antworten, das man es besser weiß.
