I was at BOC to purchase an e-bike for my wife. As new bees into the e-biking world we were guided professionally by Mr.Ortega. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and understood our needs very well and recommended a wonderful e-bike.
The process was rather very smooth from selection to delivery of the bike.
I would highly recommend BOC to everyone and also to English speaking expats who are looking for assistance in their journey to biking.

Bought a bike for my wife. We were served by Ortega, who was incredibly helpful, honest and patient. Especially as we had our son with us who is only 23 months old and was only interested in testing the kids bikes. We walked away with the correct bike and equipment, rather than the most expensive bike and equipment. He showed us where to spend money and where it could be saved. He also did all of this in English, which was very helpful as my German is not very good at all.

The lady at the till was also very patient as we were paying with a NATO tax free form which she hadn´t seen before.

I would highly recommend.

We drove by due to some issues we had with our touring bikes and we were immediately warmly welcomed. They took us in even though they were quite busy and we didn't have an appointment.Problems were solved in no time and we was given some hints and advises for further maintenance.

Nach längerer Suche und Besuchen bei anderen Läden hierher gekommen, in der Hoffnung, ein Fahrrad zu finden, was meinen vorher recherchierten Ideen entspricht. Und siehe da, dank der wirklich ausführlichen Beratung und Hilfe von Daniel, inklusive gemeinsamer Testfahrt, konnten wir eine Basis finden und haben die dann gemeinsam detailliert zusammen aufgebaut - neues Vorderrad, Schutzbleche, Beleuchtung uvm. Nachdem ich ein unverbindliches Angebot bekommen habe, war ich direkt überzeugt und habe am selben Tag gekauft und dabei noch einen Klasse Paketpreis bekommen. Selten eine so kompetente, ausführliche und fachlich einwandfreie Beratung bekommen. Viel besser geht es wirklich nicht. Von Freunden habe ich ebenfalls die Information, dass auch der Service bei Produktionsfehlern oder ähnlichem extrem gut sei. Also eine glatte 10/10!

Heute war ich mit meiner kleinen Tochter bei den Herren, da wir ein Laufrad gewonnen hatten und Probleme mit dem Sitz hatten. Mir wurde gleich super nett weiter geholfen, obwohl ich das Laufrad nicht in diesem Laden erworben hatte. Vielen lieben Dank, das nächste Fahrrad werde ich aufjedenfall dort kaufen. Kann den Laden, besonders die Mitarbeiter weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich nochmals bei Ihnen.

Sehr nette Beratung und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Es ist kein drängen "zum teuersten Modell", aber eine kompetente Beratung und so ziemlich alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Als ein paar Tage später nach dem Kauf ein defekt Auftrat wurde dieser auch professionell und schnell behoben👍 sehr zu empfehlen.

War heute vor Ort mit meinem Steppenwolf Mountainbike. Vorderrad platt, Felge verzogen, Mantel abgefahren. Wurde super freundlich und hoch kompetent beraten und bedient von Herrn Altunay. Nicht nur, dass der Mitarbeiter mir von Lösungen abgeraten hat, die für die Firma lukrativer gewesen wären. Zudem war er noch sehr schnell und bringt mein Gefährt bis morgen in Ordnung. Top Service, hochkompetenter Mitarbeiter, da will ich wieder hin!
