Bin positiv überrascht, dass die Apotheke sich bei mir gemeldet hat und sich für die Angelegeheit wegen dem Gutschein entschuldigt hat. Das macht auch nicht jede Apotheke. Auch ein Ersatzgutschein für meine Mutter wurde angeboten.
Das ist Service, so sollte es sein.
