Our first time in Passau. We chose this hotel because of location and price - and it's modern and has a/c. When we got here, we found our room was huge, with a semi separate living area, a nice bed, a beautiful bathroom. Everything is new and well thought out. The hotel has minimal staffing, but that's no problem for us. Great value!

Rooms are perfectly clean,there's cattle in the romms with coffe,tea,sugar and coffe cream.
The rooms are really big and this is great value for the money.
Next to the hotel is supermarket.
It's close to the center of town maybe 15 minutes walk from the main square.
Close is nice Italian restaurant which I recomend.
The reception staff speaks English.

Very good location. Next to passau Bahnhof. Just next to bus stop for hop on hop off bus stop. Numerous options for food and groceries are near by.

Beautiful mindern room, love the bed and furnishing! Close to train station and shopping and restaurants! Very clean and quiet! Highly recommend! Air conditioning as well! Bonus-free beer is housekeeping is not needed!!!

What a beautiful place. Steps from the train station and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was very clean. A beautiful modern hotel with a great coffee/tea service in suite Comfy bed and the best shower!! A great view of the Danube and very quiet at night. A special mention to the staff who saw me with hands full and helped me in my room!

Nice hotel with excellent location for passersby, but also for city visit. Close to highway but as well to the city center attractions.
It was clean and nice.
Only minor complaint, was that the heating didn't work and was kind of chilly. Would have preferred to be a bit warmer.
Still 5 star.

Wir haben in der Osterwoche 3 Nächte in diesem tollen Hotel verbracht. Da wir mit dem Zug von Wien gekommen sind war die Lage natürlich optimal. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock war optimal.Toll eingerichtet - alles top !!! Gleich um die Ecke im Stock gibt es einen Bierautomaten ( 3 € ein gutes Bier ) und daneben den Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr guter Kaffee ! Wirklich ein super Hotel zu einem guten Preis !! Absolut empfehlenswert 👍👍👍 Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 👋🇦🇹

Sehr saubere moderne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Parken kann man nebenan in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus (Kosten über Nacht 10.-). Die Lage ist super zentral. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Etwas unscheinbar von außen. Sehr gut für Tagungen geeignet. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehr gepflegt, alles sehr sauber! Tolles Bad. Scheinbar gab es sehr hohe Brandschutzauflagen. Alles sehr verbaut und voller Stahltüren nach dem Umbau. Das hätte man auch netter machen können. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert und geräumiges Parkhaus gleich darunter.
