Art Hotel & Hostel

Beautiful place, historic building in the city center. The location couldn't be better. Nicely furnished rooms, everything clean. Communication with the hotel was perfect, we received all the necessary information in an e-mail. The breakfast at the Simon patisserie opposite the hotel was good. The bike can be stored in the garden or in the room (if you can carry it). Experiential hotel - I recommend it.

All hotels in the world look the same, but this one is different. The 150 year old building is attractive with its wooden floors and heavy stone walls. The decoration of the rooms is done with love and attention. There is a small enclosed city garden. The staff are friendly. The (shared) bathrooms are fine and there is a corner where you can make coffee and tea. A must for those who appreciate sobriety and style.

Great Hotel with nice little cozy rooms. Reception availability is limited to special hours.Accessible via a number code though which you will get with your reservation if the lobby is not occupied.breakfast vouchers are available for a little coffee across the street. Accessibility by car is possible though very limited parking time for unloading baggage only. Car can be parked in walking distance though. In the heart of the town, located in an old but well maintained and renovated house.

Great hotel. Lovely old building but very new amenities. The staff are great and the hotel couldn't be in a better location if you want to be in the middle of the old city. Plus the price is very reasonable. Definitely suggested.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of Passau that has everything that the traveler's heart requires at fair prices. The friendly staff are always helpful and it is a true pleasure to visit :)

Sehr empfehlenswert! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und alles genau in unserem Stil eingerichtet, in dem schön gestalteten, stilvollen Zimmer haben wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage in der Innenstadt kann kaum besser sein!

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vor allem die zentrale Lage und die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer haben uns überzeugt. Es ist allerdings ein Altbau, daher sollte man noch fit zu Fuß sein. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war top!

Muy buen hotel, combina perfectamente lo antiguo de la edificación con accesorios modernos, la habitación 5 tiene una linda vista, es espaciosa y acogedora. El baño es privado, si bien no sé encuentra junto a la misma habitación, no hace la gran diferencia tener que uno desplazarse un par de metros. Puerta principal con código, lo cual facilita el ingreso, no hay necesidad de estar dejando la llave y pidiéndola cada vez que uno ingresa o se retira del hotel.

Die Lage zu dem Preis ist unschlagbar. Genau zwischen der Einkaufsstraße und dem was man kulturell in Passau so sehen möchte.
Dass unser Zimmer im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug) war wurde uns sogar vorher per Mail mit allen anderen Infos mitgeteilt.
Das Zimmer war kleiner als gedacht, aber für 2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass in unserem Zimmer (12) das W-LAN leider nicht ging.
Aber alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen :)

Super. Günstig und prima gelegen. Clevere Inneneinrichtung + auf die Größe der Zimmer perfekt ausgerichtet. Kleiner Garten im zweiten Stock. Gefrühstückt wird gegenüber im Café Simon - toll!

Es ist ein ganz besonders charmantes Hotel mit historischen Details, wir waren so überrascht. Nichts wurde weg renoviert. Sehr netter Service!

Leuk hostel. Zeer smaakvol ingericht, ziet er prachtig uit. Toilet en Douche zijn net en verzorgd. Bedden wel een klein beetje hard, maar dat is absoluut geen probleem voor mij. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Daarnaast is Passau een leuke stad om te zojn.

Sehr schönes Art Hotel in einem Altbau mit moderner Einrichtung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Frühstück gibt's in der Konditorei gegenüber. Wir kommen gerne wieder
