Absolut unterirdisch! Kein Rückruf, kein Service, keine Kontaktaufnahme. Ich hatte Probleme mit der App, wollte Klärung zur Neuinstallation. Corona hin oder her, aber so komplett wegignoriert zu werden, geht gar nicht! Habe das Konto gekündigt und bin zur Sparkasse gewechselt - hier stimmt alles!

Bald ist gar keine Filiale mehr auf!
Dann kann man auch eine Online Bank nutzen, denn die ist wesentlich günstiger.
