The place where Jürgen Klopp learnt his trade with Mainz. They also have the club song "You will never walk alone". This is now the location of the training ground and staff that work at Mainz 05.

I'm not a sports fan but on my trip to Germany, my hosts instilled the love of the sport. To see these retired players coming together and enjoying another at their past times put a joyful tear in my eye. A grand event of storming the field in celebration of the anniversary of the greatest win in Mainz history happened while I was there. The fans meeting the seasoned players and sharing drink while a record of the past times play on the big screen. I truly saw a unification of people that day, coming together and enjoying the love of the sport. I'm a sports fan now.

Es war nur eine Ehre, und eine große Freude, beim Abschiedsspiel der Südtribüne im Bruchwegstadion dabei gewesen zu sein. Ein schöner Tag, ein besonderer Tag.
Danke an die Freunde vom MSV Duisburg, die ganz wesentlich mit dazu beitragen haben, dass dieser Abschied in solch stimmungsvoller Atmosphäre stattfinden konnte, wie es dem Ort würdig ist.

Das Bruchwegstadion-Stadion beheimatet aktuell die U32 des FSV Mainz 05. Ich habe dort ein Spiel in der Regionalliga Südwest gegen den FSV Frankfurt besucht.

Der Eintritt für einen Sitzplatz war verhältnismäßig sehr günstig. Ich habe in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Stadions gut einen Parkplatz bekommen, allerdings waren bei diesem Spiel auch nur 605 Zuschauer vor Ort.

Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und die Wurst hat auch geschmeckt. Insgesamt ein sehr sympathisches Stadion!
