Bin schon lange dabei und komme sehr gerne immer wieder. Sehr ansprechende, ruhige Atmosphäre. Abwechslungsreich: Dehnung, Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Konzentration, Entspannung - alles dabei. Egal ob Anfänger, Fortgeschrittener, jung oder alt, jeder im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten. Tina führt ruhig und liebevoll durch die Übungsstunde. Es macht Spass und tut gut😊

Yoga Prävention Kurse werden von der Krankenkasse bezuschusst. Auch in der corona Zeit konnten wir online Yoga durchführen, sehr gute Alternative. Ich bleibe dabei. Es tut mir sehr gut. Vielen Dank bis bald
