Dear future guests, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that these apartments you are looking at are extremely beautiful, when you see them in person I strongly recommend that you come and enjoy the pleasant and warm environment and its surroundings. The apartments are extremely well appointed and equipped with everything you need. he would draw the most attention to our housekeeper, who is extremely good, hard-working and attentive, who cares about every guest and wants to provide him with everything the guest wants, and that is ANDREA.
Because of Andreja and her dedication and concern for us, I give these 5 stars because, first of all, without Andreja, this place and these apartments would not have the heart, soul and warmth of home. THANK YOU

I give 5 stars because Google Rating system doesn’t permit to give more, otherwise i would have putted 100. It is definitely the best place i could have find to stay starting new professional career in Munich. Apartment are very clean, decorated with taste. Very confortable bed, strong wifi signal which is perfect working in remote. Andrea she is very committed person, taking care of her residents on a very strong customer oriented way. Always helpful, reachable, giving very good and useful advises which is perfect starting new life on city we don’t know. cannot be better definitely

It is a very nice and modern apart hotel concept which started in May 2018. I like the quietness of the area and the comfort of the room. The structure is perfect and there is a little kitchen to prepare your meal, a bathroom with all the useful conveniences. The owner is a very congenial and helpful person who will always help you whenever needed. Close to the aparthotel there is a see where you can swim and make some sunbathing. The distance to Munich is reasonable 26 Km and the next closest town, for those who like to make some shopping, is Freising a beautiful student´s town where you can also find a little bit of anything.

I stayed at the Arthotel during a business trip to Munich and have to say that I liked it way better than any of the hotels I had been to in Munich so far! The rooms are very spacious and the interior design is high-quality and state-of-the-art. I would come back anytime, not only for business but for private trips/vacations as well. Highly recommended!

I'm living here till the end of the year and I have to say that I am more then pleased with the facilities, cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hosts are fantastic people and very helpful with any enquiries i have. Location wise i would say that you definitely need a car or a bike to get around but otherwise great location for a great price!

Lovely place I lived there for 2 months as I arrived in Germany. Clean, quiet and the hosts are very nice and helpful. I will highly recommend this place.

Die Apartments sind sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Auch für längere Aufenthalte ist man hier bestens ausgestattet. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach München ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr angenehm. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr nett und gründlich und die Vermieterin Frau Wildmoser ist stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Apartments sind modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch für längere Aufenthalte gibt es genügend Stauraum, zudem findet sich alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt schon im Apartment. Den wöchentlichen Reinigungsservice fand ich sehr hilfreich und top in der Ausführung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service durch Frau Wildmoser. Sie ist täglich erreichbar, sehr freundlich und auch in schwierigen Situationen immer ausgesprochen hilfsbereit gewesen - eine Eigenschaft, die man in rein Profit orientierten Boardingshouses heutzutage nicht mehr findet. Sollte ich wieder ein Apartment in München benötigen, wäre das Apart Arthotel in München wieder meine erste Wahl!

Das Boardinghaus Apart Arthotel in Freising/Achering ist eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Ich kann das Boardinghaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, Frau Wildmoser ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, hier lässt es sich leben. Die perfekte Lage ist als Fitnessstudiobetreiber für mich sehr praktisch, man ist in 10 Minuten am Flughafen München und in einer Minute auf der Autobahn, optimal! VG Daniel

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage von innen und außen. Wir fühlen uns wie ganz zu Hause. Innenaustattung sehr modern und gepflegt. Großes Lob geht auch an die Putzfirma. Vermieterin Frau Wildmoser ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Molto soddisfatto dell appartamento!!! Nuovo,moderno,camera Piuttosto grande e spaziosa,pulito. Provvisto di tutto il necessario x un soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici quindi molto facile x muoversi.staff molto gentile e disponibile.assolutamente consigliato x un soggiorno a Monaco di Baviera!!!
