Beim Onlineversand wurden Schuhe nicht mehr zurückgenommen, mit dem Hinweis sie seien getragen. Von mir leider nicht! Auf den Kosten bleibe ich sitzen. Künftig werde ich auch bei Zalando aufpassen, dass Unternehmen ist Verbundpartner.

Ich hatte online bestellt und den Rücksendetermin knapp verpasst. Auf Anfrage, ob die absolut neu verpackten Schuhe nicht doch noch zurück genommen werden können, wurde nur unfreundlich abgelehnt. Als kundenfreundlich würde ich das nicht bezeichnen..
