My husband and I had an excellent experience buying a gently used VW from Neubeck Automobile. We worked with Lutz Maurer and he was professional, personable, and easy to work with. He speaks fluent English and German, which made our experience amazingly smooth. We are Americans living in Germany and at the time understood and spoke very little German. Herr Maurer clearly explained the process of purchasing the vehicle and was always ready to answer our questions in a timely manner. We are very happy with our vehicle and the experience.

Had a great experience buying a car here. Ufuk Türk handled the process and he was very professional and friendly. It was definitely one of the best Autohauses I have been to in Germany and the service was great. If you are looking for a car, try them out and you will not be disappointed.

Just imported my new car to the Netherlands from this company and it was a really nice experience. From the first inquiry on, one of their sales representatives Lutz Maurer was my point of contact. After a remote video viewing of the car we agreed upon the price and some things that needed attention. Also the license plates (Kurzzeitkennzeichen) required to drive the car home were arranged by Lutz, so I only had to travel to Germany and have a pleasant drive home. Recommend doing international business here!

I bought a used Audi TT from Verkaufer Mr. Maurer and fully satisfied with the service. He is friendly, clear about necessary explanations and trustworthy at any moment before and (more importantly to me) even after the purchase of the car. I can totally recommend the place even for those with little experience of buying a car like myself.

Update nach Auslieferung:
Gestern Abend konnten wir unseren California Beach abholen.
Alles, was Herr Türk beim Verkauf versprochen hatte, hat er nicht nur gehalten, sondern einiges auch übertroffen.
Während der Arbeiten am Bulli hat er uns immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten, selbst um für uns wichtige Kleinigkeiten wie Polster und Schublade unter der 2er Sitzbank hat er sich gekümmert.
Also, gibt es den 5. Stern 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Kompliment und vielen Dank an Ufuk Türk für seine offene, zuverlässige und freundliche Art. Ein Gebrauchtwagenverkäufer wie man ihn sich wünscht. Trotz vieler anderer Fahrzeuge und Kaufinteressenten hat er sich immer Zeit für uns genommen, Probefahrt und Technikthemen zügig geklärt. Wir haben bei ihm einen Bulli gekauft, der jetzt für die Auslieferung fertiggemacht wird. Inzahlungnahme unseres bisherigen Kfz. ging problemlos und seriös (mit TÜV Check) über die Bühne und war sehr fair.
Wenn nach der Auslieferung alles so passt wie beim Kauf, gibt es selbstverständlich den 5. Stern.

Super freundliches Telefongespräch gehabt. Schneller Termin bekommen und herzlich von Hr. Türk empfangen. Haben uns sofort in den Audi Q3 Sportsback verliebt und gekauft. Sehr menschlicher Umgang und alles in allem wurde uns eine faire Atmosphäre geboten.
