Super guter proffessioneller und freundlicher Service !
Ich hatte im März meine Brautschuhe dort gekauft, die perfekt passten. Leider bedachte ich aber nicht, dass Füße im Sommer durch die Hitze anschwellen.
Innerhalb der Final-Braut-Kleid-Anprobe fiel mir auf, dass die Pumps zu eng waren. Ein Anruf in der Filiale MS machte alles dank einer sehr lieben, professionellen, kompetenten, sehr freundlichen Verkäuferin auf unkomplizierte Weise möglich.
Ich konnte meine Pumps in eine halbe Schuhgröße mehr tauschen!
Vielen lieben Dank, ich komme sehr gern wieder und empfehle das Geschäft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Service was okay and the attending ladies were very helpful in choosing the right fitting for the shoes. The are on the higher price though.
