I had ordered a bundle with a pair of KRK Rokit 7 speakers with stands and cables, but the speakers were too big for my space when I received them. They let me return the package and replace it with another bundle. The process was a bit complex, as it wasn't clear whether there was enough stock of the 5 bundle. They helped me receive the right package for an excellent price and sooner than expected. I spoke with various Dutch and British representatives and they were all equally friendly and helpful. They made sure there was no confusion at the end and that I was satisfied with my order. Gear4music employees keep their word and will not make you pay any unnecessary costs.

I would recommend them for their prices and for their service!

Best first visit of any store I've ever had. Came in, was taken care of immediately. The staff working there made me feel like I went to visit friends at a shared place we all use, which made me feel super comfortable. I have bought several instruments/equipment from this store. Top prices and quality. Service is very friendly and extremely good, including should a return/replacement be necessary. It hasn’t been any problem that the main store is in the UK, and I live in Germany (there is also a store in the South of Germany). I have received things sent from the UK very quickly. Delivery has been very good from the UK or the German store. You can get good bargains as well. A TOP music store and highly recommended!

Mika was my saviour for the day. Visited the store looking for acoustic guitar.Good support from Mika in setting up the guitar. My recommendation, if you are confused about which guitar to buy and where should you buy it from visit Gear4music and just look for Mika and you will be cleared of with all the doubts and will walk out of the store with best Guitar. Helpful staff and a great selection of products. I went on a Saturday to buy an amp and they let me try a few out and fiddle with them to my heart's content. They even got a left handed guitar from the store for me to okay!
