This insurance is just unbelievably amazing. They pay for everything they promise without a complicated process. Customer Support is amazing . They are always available to help and they really help. This is a very perfect solution for people moving to Germany like freelance artists and students. It is very easy to apply to get this insurance from out of the Germany and even easier when you have someone here in Germany to take care of it for you. I highly recommend this insurance , specifically due to their fair prices and the great quality of offered services.

I had a travel insurance plan covered by a partnership between Mawista and Allianz. There has been a few hiccups along the line, and considering the file it is hard to tell which partner was at fault. However I have to consider that, when contacted directly, Mawista always returned my mails and calls; which was hardly happening when going via their Allianz proxy. Overall, a good experience. So, benefiting of the doubt, I am considering a positive review for Mawista, and... well a negative one for their counterpart.

I was very satisfied with the services offered. I used this insurance during my whole period as a student and it worked very nicely.
The request of a contract and the corresponding extensions were done with a really fast responding time.
Whenever I requested the reimbursement of a treatment, I would usually get the money in my account still within the payment period of the praxis. So I rarely have to take money from my personal account for the payment.
The treatments and medication I needed was almost completely covered. An exception were some dental treatments, but that's clearly stated in the contract, so no complain there.

Overall really good service, I would recommend it for sure.
