We were looking for a watch to celebrate a very special occasion.

Wing was extremely helpful by sorting out all sorts of models to find the right one. He has been taking his time to present various models and options. With the right amount of pre selection and plenty of beverages we've been carefully advised.

Pablo was going the extra mile to make sure we feel welcome and are treated very personal. We are looking forward to get back soon for more.

My visit at the Cartier store for a gift was a refined affair, despite a brief wait. The staff's kindness and professionalism in a bustling environment, along with the elegant gesture of champagne, made for a memorable experience. It's evident that this Cartier store in Germany is a standout! ❤

I went to try on some watches and I mentioned this from the beginning, that I won't buy yet, I'll just try. The experience was great! I was told that I would have to wait for about 30 minutes, I was offered a coffee and about two times someone came to talk to me about various things. I never once felt treated inferior. Then I was taken over by Nico. He seemed very professional in the way he talked to me. He realized that I know something about Cartier watches, showed me absolutely everything I wanted, and highlighted Cartier's flexibility in choosing and customizing different models.
Probably some people did not feel very well in this shop. I don't know what to say, but I think that you as a customer should also come a little prepared. I'm not necessarily referring to the way you dress. But I don't think you can go into a Cartier dealership like you want to buy cigarettes.
It was a wonderful experience for me. And I have a message for Nico, I don't know yet what model my next watch will be, but it will definitely be Cartier. Thank you man!
And there is more to say. You must think that these people have to negotiate with all kinds of people. Some with money. I mean with a lot of money! The pressure on them is huge. Try to understand them and do not enter the store with the idea that you will be ignored. You won't be.

Overall my experience at the Cartier Store in Düsseldorf was great from the get go. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and not pushing just a „sale“ onto the customer. They take the time to really discuss each item and give you freedom to explore.
The consulting part by Joya was superb and he was very helpful all around. Communication via phone or WhatsApp, arranging the appointment etc. it all was very smooth and professional - 12/10 👍

One of the best shopping experience. Staffs are very kind. Despite Covid regulations, the staffs managed to please the customer very well. Umbrella was given out to the customer who had to wait outside (it was raining). Coffee voucher was offered as a compensation for the waiting time. Unlike many other high end retailers, customers are usually left out and unattended. Thank you!!

Wir waren ohne Termin an einem Samstagvormittag vor Ort, um unsere im Oktober gekauften Eheringe gravieren zu lassen. Nach höflicher Begrüßung wurden wir ohne Wartezeit direkt in ein geschmackvolles Séparée gelotst und sehr persönlich und freundlich beraten. Der Umtausch eines Ringes in eine kleinere Größe wurde problemlos abgewickelt und die Gravur letztendlich innerhalb 15 Minuten fertiggestellt - etwas das sonst mehrere Werktage dauert und an einem hochfrequentierten Samstag nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Ein Shopping-Erlebnis, das in allen Kategorien seinesgleichen sucht und Maßstäbe gesetzt hat!
