Assistents are not always the most friendly over phone, but we are always getting helped in the most caring way. We fully trust our pets health with them. Plus the prices are so much more affordable than in the Netherlands.

This veterinary clinic is one of the best, if not *the best* in the area.

The staff nurses/assistants are all friendly and competent, and the doctors themselves are experienced and knowledgeable.

Everyone takes the time (despite their super full schedules) to help you out however you need. They answer all your questions and make sure that both you and your pet leave as happy as possible.

This is also a full on clinic, so if OPs are necessary for anything, they can do this on site. There's also an on-site x ray machine as well as an ultrasound machine. This just makes the experience even better, because if you need those, they can schedule and do them right away.

There's also a fully stocked pharmacy there for all of your animal's needs.

Parking is generally ample, but there are times when it's super packed. That's just the nature of the business. Waiting rooms inside are fine (nothing special) but clean and spacious enough for you and your pet. Also, they have a great service where they allow you to wait outside by your car if you'd prefer, and then they come outside and call your name when it's your turn to be seen (after you've checked in of course). This is also a great service.

Prices are also very good and i have no complaints in that regard.

All in all this is a competent, professional, and friendly veterinary clinic that I would recommend to anyone. Do not hesitate to visit should you need to. You won't be disappointed.

Very friendly animal clinic. Medical staff are really friendly to people and animals! No extra cost and they aren't trying to put extra unnecessary cost.

Ich hatte eine sehr kompetente und freundliche Tierärztin. Mein Rüde wurde kastriert. Assistentinnen ebenso freundlich.
Kann ich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Es war nur die OP und Nachbehandlung dort. Mein Haustierarzt ist ein anderer. Dennoch war ich sehr zufrieden.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Tierklinik mit meinem Kater aufgrund eines Notfalls. Wir wurden in einen hinteren Wartebereich - ohne Hunde - verwiesen, damit es für den Kater weniger stressig ist. Die Wartezeit war kurz, wir kamen schnell dran. Die Untersuchungen waren gründlich. Die Ärzte, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen.
