Die Fa. Tubaja hat in unserem über HELMA gebauten Haus die Elektroarbeiten ausgeführt, in einer teilweise laienhaften und lebensgefährlichen Art und Weise. So wurde bei Erweiterungsarbeiten durch eine ortsansässige Firma hier in Cuxhaven festgestellt, dass bei 3 Steckdosen (darunter eine Aussensteckdose) kein Schutz abgeklemmt war. 3malige Fristsetzung zur Nachbesserung wurden ignoriert.
