Die person in der Anmeldung ist,unfreundlich ist, und beim ersten Termin ein Therapeut war und danach ohne Grund kam ein neu ,und dann der Therapeut hatte Urlaub ohne bescheid zu geben, ich stand da, so einfach sagte mir, dass der Therapeut im Urlaub ist, ich empfehle die Praxis nicht

Am Anfang waren wir wirklich begeistert..aber dann ...Therapeut/in ständig krank oder einfach nicht erschienen! Keine Info, kein Anruf, keine Nachricht nichts...nach 3 Wochen haben wir nachgehakt ..eine Therapeutin wohl nicht mehr dabei aber uns mal zu informieren,fehlalarm..dann nachdem, wie ich finde, diese ganze fehlkommunikation statt fand hiess es wir bekommen einen neuen Therapeuten etc Entschuldigungen usw ...und ähm bis heute wieder nichts!

Also wer etwas Zuverlässigkeit und Regelmäßigkeit will ist hier falsch aufgehoben!
