Ich würde noch mehr Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Habe Abends für mein Kind ein Antibiotikum benötigt. In den Apotheken in Siegburg und Troisdorf hat man mir lediglich barsch die Info gegeben, das es nicht vorhanden ist…das war es!!! Diese Apothekerin hat mir ein Lösung für das Problem der nicht Lieferbarkeit direkt gegeben, ohne das ich groß nachfragen musste. Das ist Service! Und Lösungskompetenz! Und Kundenorientierung! Ich werde zukünftig nur noch dorthin fahren. Bin sehr froh und begeistert, vielen herzlichen Dank!

Ich habe dieser Apotheke 3 oder 4 Chancen gegeben, habe aber kein einziges Mal etwas gekauft. Ich empfand das Verhalten der Apothekerin teilweise als harsch und eher darauf bedacht, mir irgendwas anzudrehen. Bei der Konkurrenz in unmittelbarer Nähe fühle ich mich wesentlich besser beraten und aufgehoben!
