The village church of Dürrenebersdorf belongs to the parish of Evangelical Church in Gera.
In the 12th and 13th century, the Zeulsdorf knights built a Romanesque chapel on Hofer trade route to protect and control trade. In 1785 and 1786, the church tower and the sacristy were built.
In 1982, the interior was rebuild, and in 2000 the roof and façade were renovated.

W XII i XIII wieku rycerstwo Zeulsdorf zbudowało romańską kaplicę na szlaku handlowym Hofer w celu ochrony i kontroli handlu. W 1785 i 1786 roku zbudowano wieżę kościoła oraz zakrystię.
W 1982 roku odnowiono wnętrze, a w 2000 wyremontowano dach i elewację.
