If you doubt where to spend the night, choose this place. The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant in good and the bed and shower is clean. What more do you need.
Situated in close range of the highway, but far enough for a silent night !

Always had a pleasant experience at the hotel. People here are always very friendly and helpful. I think this is a great option for anyone and I would highly recommend it.

Christmas Eve stay was great, we were the only guests. Place was quite but welcoming. The host was busy with Christmas preparations but still found the time to talk to us. Great place for a stopover! A+

We were travelling by car from Latvia to the Uk and needed a stopover in Germany. We found Zur Post Ochsendorf just off the A2. We were able to park right outside and had an extremely warm welcome from the proprietors. From the outside it looks like a traditional German inn/tavern but when you walk inside you’ll see it has a real Australian twist which is lovely. What struck me most about Zur Post was it was so perfectly ordered and sparklingly clean everywhere. We had a lovely apartment for the night with masses of space for our two cats to run around. We were able to relax, do some well needed washing and freshen up. Again the whole apartment was spotless and perfect. We had a fabulous diner, really gorgeous home cooked traditional German/Australian food. We had a great night’s sleep in comfy beds. Breakfast was equally good. A lovely German buffet breakfast with good coffee. The staff were so nice and helpful. The whole experience at Zur Post was really excellent and I would recommend anybody passing and needing a stopover to stay here.😃

Great location close to highway, but very quite. Very friendly hosts, great biergarden to rest after your trip. Very recommended.

Very well situated for motorway if traveling east/west very hospitable hosts nice clean rooms and enjoyed our stay

Für den Service würde ich am Liebsten noch mehr Sterne geben, so freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber schön gemacht, das Bad ist super.
Und das Beste ist das Restaurant.
Super lecker, tolle Karte.

Diese Hotel liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Der ehemalige Besitzer hat lange Zeit in Australien gelebt . Die vielen liebevollen Details sprechen für sich.
Alle Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren unbeschreiblich freundlich .
Leckeres Frühstück und angebotene Speisen.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder aufsuchen wenn wir auf Reisen sind.

Ich bin nach einem gefühlt unendlichen Stau in Ochsendorf im Hotel Post gestrandet und wurde absolut liebevoll aufgenommen. Die Bedienung war sehr liebevoll und die Zimmer sauber, ordentlich und vor allen Dingen auch wunderbar ruhig. Es war wunderbar. Vielen Dank!!!

Voor Duitse begrippen een modern ingericht hotel met restaurant. Nette en schone kamers. Niet een bijzondere ligging maar zeer praktisch vlakbij de af- en oprit van de snelweg. Bijzonder: wat een lieve, aardige, gastvrije en beleefde eigenaren!!!
