Haben über den Onlineshop bestellt und trotz direkter Beanstandung eines Schadens an einem Tisch bei Lieferung (mit Fotodokumentation) wurden wir schlicht weg ignoriert. Nach einem später folgenden Telefonat wurden wir trotz der sofortigen Bilder und Beanstandung stattdessen verdächtigt selbst für den Schaden verantwortlich zu sein und wieder ignoriert.
Schade. Zwischen mittelmäßiger Qualität und diesem Servicereinfall, kann man nicht mal auf der Hompage warnende Kundenrezessionen hinterlassen.
