Es war sooo schön! Zeit für sich zu nehmen ist so wichtig habe ich gelernt!
In der Schwangerschaft, zur Rückbildung und auch einfach so ist es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Es gibt sehr viel Imput, die man nicht nur in der Yogastunde sondern auch im Alltag nutzen kann. Julia ist super nett und hat eine sehr schöne und angeheme Stimme, die besonders bei der Endentspannung einen zu Ruhe kommen lässt. Auch ich als Sportmuffel hab keine Stunde verpassen wollen, weil es sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat und ich auch durch die Kräftigungen weniger Rückenschmerzen hatte! Also volle Empfehlung!!!
