Mercure Hotel Hamm

Spent two nights whilst visiting a seminar. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. The room was well equipped.
There is a public parking garage on site at a price of 9 euros per day.
The breakfast was good with a good choice.
I also had lunch on site, and it was good. The portion was big.
The staff were helpful and friendly
Good value for money.

Easy place to stay, breakfast was great with lots of choice. Even though it is clearly a busy hotel, it was quiet in the rooms.

Got there very late at night but the room was still available and thanks to it's nonstandard shape it was larger than other rooms we usually get as a family. Kellye with tea was a very well received thing. Very important for us. The only problem we had was in the car park where we couldn't find the entrance to the hotel that easily.

I am currently on a tour of Germany with work and have stayed at the Mercure Hotel Hamm on numerous occasions alongside around 40 other hotels in the country. I can safely say, The Mercure Hotel Hamm is easily my favourite hotel to return to. I share this opinion with most of my colleagues.

The staff is the soul reason this hotel is so special. Patient, conscious, polite and approachable. Thank you for being the very best I’ve seen in Germany! :)
Rooms feel spacious, airy and clean.

Rooms always very comfortable, nice location and hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. One night my friend needed urgent help finding a lost item after midnight and Nico Josef from reception was immensely patient and helpful. The item was found in the end thanks to him.

Super neat and elegant design. Just loved the ambiance of the hotel. And one can always enjoy their variety of menus in the dinning place. We were there as a family and stayed for a day. Really appreciate for the comforts we got there.

Giving 2 starts for location because I haven't seen that much it was night and I just wanted to park the car and sleep. But the rest daim boy it has a mini park inside the hotel, very good breakfast and splendid big rooms. Now we were 5 so I don't really know hot the one person room is but probably good. The fift in the crew was our dog, so dog friendly. 🤙🤙👍

Comfortable room, underground parking with EV charging, restaurant and bar and a splendid breakfast selection…….what more could you want! Staying here on the return journey and looking forward to it!

Managed to book a family room at discounted price in this 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 hotel. Breakfast is included and it's great. Hotel is few miles from motorway in quiet neighborhood. On-site underground parking with lift to reception and rooms. Very polite staff that speak English 👌. Rooms spacious and comfy beds. Place is clean and also undergoing a renovation. Whether you you are a business man or a pack of family this place is highly recommended!

Nice place to stay, close to city centre and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staffs and speaks English too. I have been a returned guests here often in the summer, especially this one since they have Aircon. they even gave me a 3 person room although I booked for a 2.

I've not yet stayed here, and will update after, but I feel they deserve 5 stars for the excellent customer service. The staff were quick helpful and went far beyond what I've experienced at other hotels when I had an issue.
